Take Route 295 South to the end where it intersects with Route 95 South in Warwick.  Take the first exit on Route 95 (Exit 10B - 117 West - West Warwick).  Follow the directions below for Route 95 South.

Take exit 10B (117 West - West Warwick). NOTE: This is the first half of exit 10. At the end of the exit ramp, proceed to the traffic light and make a Right turn onto Commonwealth Avenue. At the stop sign, make a Right turn onto Leon Whipple Road. At the next stop sign, make another Right turn onto Toll Gate Road. The building is on the right side : Kent County Professional. The office is Suite 203 on the second floor - there is a ramp at the rear of the building.

Take exit 10 (Warwick, West Warwick).  At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Centerville Road.  At the first traffic light, make a Right turn onto Commonwealth Avenue.  At the stop sign, make a Right turn onto Leon Whipple Road.  At the next stop sign, make another Right turn onto Toll Gate Road.  The building is on the right side : Kent County Professional.  The office is Suite 203 on the second floor - there is a ramp at the rear of the building.
